Looking for seed/angel investors.

I'm currently looking for one or more angel/seed investors in order to raise funds for a very exciting new venture. Total investment required is in the region of $500k.
The venture is Europe based and will operate in the Internet/Telco area.
While blogging might not be the best way I am just interested to see if it will actually create any interest or feedback.
