My previous post on EI's lack of response seem to have had the desired effect.
I received an email yesterday from a senior person in EI's New York office who had been pointed to the blog-post.
She apologises profusely for the lack of response and goes on to say that she's on holidays but if I will forward the details of my query via email she will look after it on her return.
Now who says that blogging doesn't work?
